How Shipping is Calculated

All items are shipped 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.
Tracking numbers are provided with all orders over $25 and you will be notified once the package is shipped. We feel it is important for both our customers and us to be able to track the shipment.
All shipping is based on the actual weight and destination of your order. You will be able to choose your shipping method and see your shipping rate before you check out. ORDERS OVER $100 SHIP FREE! (Not for wholesale customers).
Currently we are only able to ship to Canada and the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping Times

Standard shipping: 5-6 business days for delivery in Canada 7-10 business days for delivery to USA
Expedited shipping: 3-4 business days for delivery in Canada 4-5 business days for delivery to USA
Express Shipping: 1 business day for delivery in Canada 1-3 business days for delivery to USA
We are not responsible for any applicable Custom & Processing Fees and import duties & taxes or delays due to customs. This will be at the receiver's expense. From our experience, we have never had any problems with customs and have many happy customers in the States.
