If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, you may return them to us within 20 days of receipt for a full credit, exchange or refund. All refunds will be for the value of the product only. Shipping costs are not refunded. For any short shipments or breakages, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Special or custom orders cannot be returned. Crystals and minerals are formed naturally, so the shape and size is always approximate. No two polished items can also be the same as they are handmade. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken in the packing of each order to ensure you get the best hand-picked product.

Customers should be advised that crystals and stones are not recommended for small children and they should only be used by children under adult supervision. Crystals and stones can have sharp edges. Small crystals and stones should never be left near toddlers and babies; small stones, especially tumbled stones, have an appearance similar to candy.
